He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Benham and Virginia Benham; and his grandparents, Amy, Harold Benham (Buck), Clara and Hugh Peck.

He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Ann Benham; and his sisters, Sherry Benham, Pamela Wellman and Deborah Griffith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
