He was predeceased by: his wife Scharls Yvonne Ballard (Wallace). He is survived by: his children, Dwight Ballard (Wendy) of Etoile, TX, Marshalla Downs (Fred) of Paris, TX, Charlotte Roberts (Brian) of Mineola, TX and Cathey Page (Marcus) of Honey Grove, TX. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
