He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Faye Tolbert Tredway and Jearl Tredway; and his siblings, Nancy Springer, Mary Simpson and Jerry Tredway.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Ann Tredway Backus (Larry) of Waxahachie and Craig Lynn Tredway (Cindy) of Copperas Cove; his wife Frances Poeck; his brother Alton "Gigs" Tredway (Emily) of Florida; his grandchildren, Micah Backus (Noah Frank), Meredith Backus, Chelsey Rivers, Casey Tice and Colton Corp; and his great grandchildren, River, Jackson, Charlie, Karson, Lacey, Lainey and Stetson.
