It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trinidad Hernandez (Hondo, Texas), who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Petro Lara and Tomasa Lara; her husband Margarito R. Hernandez; and her siblings, Felipe Lara, Sarapio Lara, Frank Lara, Pedro Lara, Paz Lara, Jesse Flores and Mary Elena Mascarro.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Garcia (Mario), Annabel Lopez (Jerry), Elsie H. Ybarra (late Ben Ybarra), Ruben Hernandez (Janie) and Johnny Joe Hernandez (Terry); her brother Juan Gonzales; and her nieces, Melissa Puentes (Roberto) and Alicia Luna (Eversito). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews.
