He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Barlow and Verine Finger Barlow; his wife Donna Marie Barlow; and his son James Buckley Barlow. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Scott Barlow and Lisa Marie Barlow; his brothers, Jon Barlow and James Barlow; his grandchildren, Jourdan, Meagan and Chance; and his great grandchild Owen.
