It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven O. Hernandez Jr. of Hondo, Texas, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteban Hernandez and Refugia Ortega Hernandez; his stepdaughter Bonita Bottorf; his granddaughter Kaliah Bottorf; and his siblings, Virjinia (Maria O. Hernandez), Juan, Guillermo "Wille", Pedro "Pete" and Felix Hernandez.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Hernandez (Lucinda) and John Hernandez; his stepson Orlando "BJ" Rodriguez; his daughters, Jacqueline Lowman and Anna Lisa Zepeda (Orlan); and his sisters, Guadalupe "Lupe" Hernandez of Hondo, Margaret Apaez and Estella Arteaga (Manual) of San Antonio.
