She was predeceased by: her father Arturo G. Barrientes. She is survived by: her husband Merce "Sonny" Escobar; her children, Sonny Escobar, Jr., Arturo Barrientes Escobar, Christopher David Escobar and Jennifer Nicole Escobar (Ralf); her mother Rosa Ytuarte Barrientes; her sisters, Alicia Barrientes Renteria (Rigo), Patricia Barrientes (Juan), Christina Barrientes (Dave) and Isabelle Marie Barrientes (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Josiah Escobar and Zaelynn Hidalgo.
