He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Ulbrich and Jacque Ulbrich (Cochran); his sister Judith Ann; his parents-in-law, Betty Jo (LeDoux) and George Joseph Charlet Sr.; his brother-in-law George Joseph Charlet Jr.; and his nephew Artie Massena.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Joanna Purvis (Greg) and Alexia Anderson (Jeff); his grandchildren, John Dan Jr., Keith, Carter, Sam, Allyson Davis, Emily Davis Moughon (Reagan), Lizzie, Jane, Judah and Joshua Anderson; his sister Mary Francis Massena; his nephew Brett Massena; his great-nephew Joshua; his niece Marissa Ellis (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Belize and Reef.
