He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Robert and May Lillian Paulsen Heyen; and his siblings, Dennis Heyen, James L. "Jim" Heyen and Evelyn J. Griggs.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Rohrbach Heyen; his children, Kyle J. Heyen (Kim), George R. Proctor (Yvette) and Bobbi Ann Mazza (Vinny); and his brother Kenneth Heyen (Marilyn). He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice.
