She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Locklar and Freda Mae Covington Locklar; her stepfather T. H. Johns; her husband Donald L. Muennink Sr.; and her sister Sandra S. Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Lesley Jean Schautteet (Mark) of New Braunfels, Donald L. Muennink Jr. (Maria) of Manor, Jessica Lynn Martin (Richard) of San Antonio and Justin Todd Muennink of Leander; her grandchildren, Rebekah Schautteet-LuQuette (Edmund), Eric Schautteet, Matthew Schautteet, Sarah Reynolds (Ethan), Anna Schautteet, Amanda Muennink, Bethany Rios, Megan Martinez (Nick) and Madison Martin; her great grandchildren, Jeremy Musgrove, Noah Muennink, Sabrina, Khaleesi Oyewale, Braxton and Lilah Rose Martinez; and her sister Tanya Patteson of Seguin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She may be remembered with flowers or donations made to American Cancer Society, Donate Life America, or the American Heart Association.
