She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Costa and Jesse Costa; her sister San Juanita Costa; and her niece Chaundra Lorraine Walker. She is survived by: her siblings, Sylvia Costa, Leticia Costa, Rojelio Costa, Raymond Ozuna and Johnny Costa.
