We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021, at the age of 84, Melvin Knecht of Hondo, Texas, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Knecht and George Knecht; and his siblings, Walter Knecht, Wilbert Knecht (Mary), Milton G. Knecht (Shirley), Alma Caskey (Walter), Julia Caskey (Harry), June Brandt (John) and Irma Carlins (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Knecht; and his daughter Gayle Gardner (William "Carl"). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
