Maida Modgling Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maida Modgling of Hondo, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2023 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maida Modgling to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rayburn, II and Maida Kathryn Corder; and her brother Richard Corder. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Windscheffel (Dennis) of San Antonio and Levi Modgling (Leslie) of Hondo; her grandchildren, Abigail, Madison, Logan Windscheffel of San Antonio, Parker, Tate and Jude Modgling of Hondo; her former husband Roy Modgling of Hondo; her brother Robert Rayburn Corder, III (Reyhaneh) of Grand Prairie; and her caregivers, Carole Ann Sawyer, Sherri Benavides and Mandy Ortega. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

While flowers are welcome, the family also would appreciate donations made to the American Alzheimer's Association in Maida's name.
