He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Bendele and Pauline Krenmueller Bendele; his wife Mary Fohn; and his children, Marcia Murphy (Ray), Fohn (Jana) and Eric (Angela). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
