He was predeceased by: his parents, Sisto Garcia and Inocencia F. Garcia; his siblings, Alfredo Garcia, Ramon Garcia, Jose Garcia, Victor Garcia, Oralia G. Muniz and Margarita G. Garcia; and his grandparents, Jose Angel, Arnulfa Garcia, Miguel and Candelaria Flores.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ann Garcia, Lucinda Palomo and Leti Saldana (Geno). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
