He is survived by: his siblings, Eva Cortez (Ernie), Josephine "Josie" Yezierski, Santos Alvarez, Ramona Alcaraz and Jesse Ybarra.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (2102 Ave J, Hondo, TX 78861). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at the same location.
