It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josefina Rodriguez of Hondo, Texas, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose L. Santos and Maria Santos; her sons, Paul Leyva and Edward Leyva; and her sister Agedita Reyes.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Leyva, Albert Leyva (Lillian), Felix Leyva, Jr., Norby Leyva and Nelda Garcia (Oscar); and her siblings, Sofia Leyba (Chuy), Lydia Ibarra, Esperanza Campos, Carolina Castillo, Pauline Avila (Genaro), Belia Benavides, Vangie Pimentel (Lupe), Amador Santos and Joe Santos. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
