It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Flores of Hondo, Texas, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Felix Flores, Jr. and Mary Guzman; his brothers-in-law, Roy Guzman, Sr. and Porfirio Benavides; his niece Norma Guzman; and his nephews, Eric Guzman and Arturo Urias.
He is survived by: his father Felix Flores, Sr.; his wife Margie Gonzales; his sons, Johnny Joe Gonzales (Crystal Frausto), Joshua Gonzales (Corina Ramirez), Joby Flores (Kelsi Garcia) and Joey Flores; his parent Corina Flores; and his siblings, Dora Benavides, Lupita Sanchez (Joe James), Celia Flores (Jaime Garcia), Jesse Flores (Mary) and Moses Flores (Myra Ortiz). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
