He is survived by: his children, Jose Avila, Viviana Cuellar, Susana Cuellar, Adriana Palomo (Felix, Jr.) and Kassidy Martin; his grandchildren, Ahlaynah Tapia, Trystan Cuellar, Elijah Palomo, Eliana Palomo, Liliana Palomo, Jazzlyn Guzman, Felix Palomo III, Zabian Guzman and Tobias Gonzales; and his siblings, Luis Cuellar, Silverio Cuellar, Jr., Teodore Cuellar, Johnny Joe Cuellar, Rose Mary Mascorro (Amos), Norverta Herrera (Frank) and Enedina Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
