He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Joe and Velinda Lopez Perez; his wife Olga Priscilla Guajardo Perez; his son Jordan Perez; his stepchildren, Mariah Guajardo, Kailee Guajardo, Lindsay Nira, Adreana Nira, Feliciano Nira and Chalino Nira; his grandchildren, Josiah, Galvin Guajardo, Izaya, Nevaeh and Maximilliano Garza; and his nephew Brayden Garcia of Hondo.
