She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Breiten Sr. and Ida Lindeburg; her spouse Brooks Teer; her half-siblings, Oscar Jr. and Mary Evelyn; her daughter Carol Teer Martinez; and her son-in-law Bruce Alanis.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Teer (Sharon), Anita Jeffery (Phil) and Dorothy Alanis. She is also survived by ses 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
She often spoke of surviving the Great Depression, her experiences during WWII, her husband's time in service, and her most recent experience of beating Covid in 2020.
