She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Ybarra and Ramona Rubio Ybarra; her husband Emilio Quintanilla; and her sister Elsa Garza. She is survived by: her sons, Rene Quintanilla (Liz) and Milo Quintanilla (Vanessa); her sisters, Estella Ybarra Mireles (late Eugene S.) and Janay Oranday (Alfonso); and her niece Echele Garza. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
