She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabel Palacios and Francisco Palacios; her siblings, Nicholas Palacios, Frank Palacios Jr. (Janie), Jimmy Palacios (Lydia), Blas Palacios (Felipa), Raul "Roy" Palacios, Jose "Pino" Palacios, Juan "Boy" Palacios, Lucy Fabro (Santana), Terry Corona (Juan), Isabel Rodriguez (Ernesto) and Belia Clack; and her cousins, Ezequiel Palacios and Maria Hensley.
She is survived by: her husband Juan Ybarra; and her sister Hope Palacios. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fanny Ybarra's name to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
