He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Louise Curtis and Jewel C. Bilbray Curtis; and his former wife Shirley Parkerson Curtis. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Curtis (Karen), Greg Curtis (Debbie) and Chase Curtis (Shealynn); his grandchildren, Kristen Jackson, Erin Curtis and Codie Curtis; his siblings, Gary Curtis and Jan Ammons; and his former wife Debbie Curtis.
