He is survived by: his wife Peggy Marie Wurzbach Justice; his daughters, Holly Kay Justice of Boerne and Laurie Marie Graff (Ken) of Hondo; his grandchildren, Arlynn Wade Justice, Colin Justice Graff and Justina Marie Graff; his great grandchild Hunter Wade Justice; and his sister Cynthia Ann Fischer (Larry) of San Antonio.

The family suggests memorials may be made to New Fountain United Methodist Church.
