He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Palomo and Margarita Tapia Palomo; his wife Elvira Escamilla Palomo; his son David Palomo; and his siblings, Miguel Palomo, Felix Palomo, Domingo Palomo, Antonio Palomo, Tomas Palomo, Guadalupe Rico, Juanita Rodriguez, Anita Palomo and Sandy Palomo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Delma P. Ferris (Dean) and Jeanie P. Gomez (Gene); his grandchildren, Leanna Ruiz (Luis), Elizabeth Ferris and Zachary Palomo; his great grandchild Henry Ruiz; and his siblings, Martha Garza (Pete), Rosa Gardner, Delia Angel, Antonia Fernandez, Marcelino Palomo and Ramon Palomo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
