We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 78, Armida R Avitia (Hondo, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Rodriguez and Bernarda Perez Rodriguez; her husband Luis Avitia Rivera; her children, Moises Cantu (Ana) of Uvalde, Jose Cantu of Balch Spring, Armida Alcocer (Juan) of Spring Branch, Marybel De La (Rigo) and Marysol Enriquez (Ruben) of Beach Park, IL; her grandson Jose Vega of Mesquite; and her siblings, Manuel Rodriguez of Eagle Pass and Romelia Rodriguez De Garcia of Los Alamos, Mexico.. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
