Antonio ''Tony'' Guzman of Derby, Kansas, formerly of Sabinal passed away on October 29, 2016 in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on July 1, 1969 in Burley, Idaho to Antonio Guzman and Maria A. Flores. He is survived by his mother, Maria D'Spain and husband Lynn of Sabinal; father, Antonio Guzman of Burley, Idaho; daughters, Taylor Guzman, Mariah Guzman both of Hondo and Hailiegh Guzman of St. John, Kansas; sisters, Maria Raquel Unrein of Sabinal, Lea Gilliland and husband, Thomas of Rockport and Laura D'Spain of Uvalde; brothers, Arnulfo Guzman of Sabinal, Gilbert Ray Guzman and wife, Connie of Del Rio, Carlos Guzman and wife, Imelda of Uvalde, David Flores and wife, Leticia of Garden City, Kansas, Juan Guzman and wife, Amy of Derby, Kansas, Jose Luis D'Spain and wife, Lala of Amarillo and Derick D'Spain of Sabinal; grandson, Lane Anthony Flores; and numerous aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Sally Darling. Pallbearers will be Derick D'Spain, Arnold Guzman Jr, Robert Castillo, Joseph Guzman, Gustavo Tapia, Israel Briseno, Serapio Guzman, and Devin Kemble. Honorary pallbearers will be Arnulfo Guzman Sr., Gilbert Guzman, Carlos Guzman, David Flores, Lea Gilliland, Juan Guzman, Laura D'Spain, Maria Unrein, Jose D'Spain.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Burial will be held at Sabinal Cemetery. Would you like to send flowers to the family of Antonio Guzman, Jr.?
