She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vera Mae and Wallace Houston Reed; her husband Laurence Petrie; her daughters, Cathy Rector and Paula Fagner; and her grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Kristen Zajicek, J. Fagner, Joshua Fagner and Kyle Rector. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
