He was predeceased by: his mother Senora Arvin; his son Johnny Amyx; and his siblings, Randy Amyx and Rhonda Amyx. He is survived by: his parent Jim Hill; his children, Josh Amyx of Midlothian, Richard Martin of Fort Worth, Chris Martin of Maryland, Elizabeth "Beth" Sheperd, Melissa Amyx, Amberly Amyx of Livington and Amanda Amyx of Holland; and his sisters, Carla Cambell of Mesquite and Angie Arvin of Richmond, IN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
