With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Utter of Hockley, Texas, who passed away on August 19, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Rozanne "Rosie" Utter; his sister Joleta Chapman; his son-in-law Charles Young "Pete" Ratliff, Jr.; and his great grandchild Andrew Young Ratliff. He is survived by: his children, William Douglas Utter, Jr., Rebecca Anne "Becky" Bonds (Ricky), Debra "Lynn" Romair (Ruben), Wanda Kathleen "Kathy" Ratliff and Pamela Utter; his siblings, Dwain H. Utter, Marla Garner, Karen Atwood (Wes) and Cheryl Loveday; his grandchildren, Brandi Nicole Ratliff, William Charles "Buddy" Ratliff (Laurie), Trevor Thomas Romair, Blake Alan Romair, Samantha Lynn Bonds, Bradley James Bonds (Kelli) and Lacy Anne Young (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Kyndal Crownover, Korbyn Lewis, Brayden Bonds, Brinley Bonds of Cody and Young. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
