He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Switzer Williams Sr. and Pauline Williams (Bishoff); his siblings, Phil Ray Loomis, Richard Williams Jr., Mary Doris Wilkins and Susan Green; and his son Richard Andrew "Andy" Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Williams; his sons, Samuel E. Williams II, Michael Joseph Williams and Jonathan Nicolas Williams; and his grandchildren, Michael Jared Williams, Nandi Williams, Jacob Williams and Tristan Williams. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
