It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Wehmeyer of Hockley, Texas, born in Leslie, Missouri, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Fred and Ester Marie Segelhorst (Fechtler); her husband Ralph Allen Wehmeyer; her sons, Allen (Lisa) of Holts Summit, Mark (Barbara) of Hockley and Jonathan; her grandchildren, Craig (Emilie), Kevin (Rebekah), Kara, Matthew, David, Katie and Cole; her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Oliver; and her brothers, James Segelhorst, Herb Segelhorst and Dennis Segelhorst (Dorothy). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Salem Lutheran Church's Heart for Honduras Homes for Hope mission fund or the National Association for Down Syndrome.
