It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Garrett Cobb of Hockley, Texas, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Garrett Cobb to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husbands, Thomas Lee Cobb, Jr. and Eugene "Tiny" Garrett. She is survived by : her daughters, Geri Cobb, Marilyn Gillette and Dorel McRae (Michael); and her grandchildren, Melissa Garrett Belton (Odem) and Bobby Garrett. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
