He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Collmorgen; his children, Jesse Ray Collmorgen (Delaina), Jeremy Collins Collmorgen and Julie Cassandra Bloyd (Travis); his siblings, David Lee Collmorgen (Carol), Jerry Collmorgen (Carolyn), Marjorie Jane Freeman (Kenneth) and Judy Mize; his grandchildren, Jesse Collmorgen Jr., Kristy Williams, Brandy Collmorgen, Randilee Collmorgen, Dawn Collmorgen, Timothy Bloyd, Ty Bloyd, Naomi Bloyd, Toby Bloyd and Joanna Bloyd; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Dahlia, Zoey and Rebecca.
