He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Juanita Edwards and Alfred Crowe, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Alphonse Provo and Michelle Provo; his brother Chase Provo; his grandmother Yvonne Moore Crowe; his uncles, Darrell (Audrey "Tiny"), Ernest Provo Jr. (Janice) and Lonnie (Bonita); and his cousins, Kalissa, LaTonya, Lynn, Kevin, Ashley, Dwayne, Christopher, Lewis, Darrelle, Darian, Darelle Jr. "DJ", DaLeah, Andrew and Taylor. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Greater Houston.
