He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jesse Robert Attaway, Sr. and Donald Dene Attaway, Sr.; and his great grandchild Bryce Daulton-Wayne Attaway. He is survived by: his wife Helen Jane Hall Attaway; his son Clinton Roy Attaway, Jr.; his wife Sherry; his daughter Cindy Lou Scholwinski; his grandchildren, Carrie Jones, Bruce Jr., James Attaway, Richard Attaway, Michelle Odoms, Michael Scholwinski, Kenneth Scholwinski and Donna Janks; his sister Eva Ann "Penny" Chambers; and also, David Burchell Attaway (Debbie) and Bruce Wayne Attaway (Nancy).
