She was predeceased by : her husband Elbert Harris Jr.; her stepmother Mary Rudison Francis; her siblings, Leola Francis, Geraldine Brewer, Louis Francis, Schofield Rudison and Ruenell Rudison; and her brother-in-law Edward Thomas.

She is survived by : her sons, Anthony Keith Harris, Kennith Bryan Harris Sr. and Alan Wayne Harris Sr.; her children-in-law, Vanessa Sanford Harris, Lisa Hansberry Harris and Sobreta Scott Harris; her siblings, Sheila Brooks (Lloyd), Thelma Thomas, Joseph Francois, Charlie Francis, Andrew Francis, Larry Francis and Morris Francis Jr.; her grandchildren, J'hnel Harris, Jarrel Harris, Kennith Bryan Harris Jr., Kenderek Harris (Taury), Jeremiah Harris, Saynara Pierce (Thomas), Alan Wayne Harris Jr., Jarrid Harris, Brandon Harris, Candance Brown (Freddie), Jonathan Winfield and Jared Winfield; and her great grandchildren, Dorian Harris, Jeffery Harris, Chase Pierce and Grayson Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
