Polasek; and his grandson-in-law Ramon Castillo.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Gowen of Sallisaw, OK, Mike Polasek of Hobson, TX, Zac, Jan Polasek of Yukon, OK, Kathy Polasek of Sallisaw, OK, Jeff Polasek of Bixhy, OK, Angela and Gary Cox of Sallisaw, OK; and his siblings, Mike (Ruby Polasek) and Jo Ann Kroll of Kenedy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
