He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Edwards and Lillian Belle McCall Edwards; his sisters, Virginia Varvil and Evelyn Bevil; and his wife Barbara.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lilly Edwards and Barbi Springer (Antony); and his grandson Trevor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
