He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spencer, and Edna Spencer, Jr. (Wright); and his sisters, Mary Lou Mancill and Margaret Moore. He is survived by: his wife Robbie Spencer; his children, Wayne Douglas Spencer (Jennifer) of League City, George William Spencer of Santa Fe and Brandy Lynn Meade (Sean) of Santa Fe; his siblings, George Harcourt Spencer, III (Mary) and Linda Gayle Sutton of Santa Fe; and his grandchildren, Shayne Meade, Hunter Meade, McKinsey Spencer, Eli Spencer, Kace Spencer, Rhyatt Spencer and Madalynn Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
