She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Keeler and Inez Keeler; and her siblings, Irvin Keeler, Paul Keeler, Johnny Keeler, Phillip Houlton, Elmer Ray Keeler, Jeanice Bias and Deborah Arocha.
She is survived by: her daughter Randi LaShelle (Brent Hoff) of Santa Fe, Texas; her husband Gary Wayne Smith of Santa Fe; her sister Beverly Harris of Santa Fe; her children, Gary Kyle Smith (David Palmer) of Houston, Texas and Belinda Garcia (Richard Garcia II) of Texas City; her grandson Colton Eaton; and her stepgrandsons, Richard Garcia III and Niko Garcia.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Crossroad Church (3810 Farm to Market 646 Rd N, Santa Fe, TX 77510).
In Lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for Calvary Crossroads Church.
