She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Locke, Kathy Holt (Ellis), Suzanne Burkett (Sam) and Danna Kubacak; her grandchildren, Chrissy Healy (Danny), Daniel Holt (Christina), Sara Bumpas (Bobby), Amanda Dunham (Marshall) and Katie Burkett; her great grandchildren, Kadance Healy, Maddan Dunham, Kambry Healy, Maddaks Dunham, Haigen Holt, Henley Holt, Bryant Bumpas, Holt Bumpas and Linden Bumpas; and her sister Janette Polasek.
