He was predeceased by: his sister Bettye Jean Emmite; and his nephews, Douglas Rutherford of Galveston, Harold and Trey. He is survived by: his sister Mary Lou Mellina; and his nephews, Michael Mellina of Waco, Kenneth Rutherford of Port Arthur, John and Buck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
