He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Perez De Leon; his children, Jessica De Leon Hale (Frank) and Victor De Leon (Lari); his siblings, Ramiro De Leon, Victor De Leon, Jr. and Elida Hernandez; his grandchildren, Dustin Raanes (Amanda), Julia Raanes and Ayla Sorrels; his great grandchildren, Tyler Byrket (Riley), Madison Raanes, Miranda Byrket, Lacey Byrket, Aubrie Raanes, John Overbeck, Jayda Overbeck, Jacob Overbeck and Jessa McDowell; and his great great grandchild Aaliyah Grace.
