He is survived by: his wife Rita Jeane; his children, Kim Schaeper, Lavelle "Lee" Jeane Jr., Julie Sustaita (Adren), Melissa Ray and Anthony Herm (Jennifer); his siblings, Carold Wortham, Marvin Jeane and Erle Fowler; his grandchildren, Alicia Williams (Coby), Lavelle Jeane III (Brittain), Meagan Sustaita, Kelly Sustaita, David Sustaita, Meagan Oberley (Skyler), MacKenzie Herm, Kylie Herm and Ethan Herm; and his great grandchildren, Cy Williams, Abel Williams, Briar Haywood and Michael Oberley.
