He is survived by: his wife Leolin Mann of Hitchcock; his children, Ray H. Mann, Jr., William Mann, Jose Mann and Inga Mann of New Orleans; and his sisters, Sally Mann and Christina Stewart. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
