She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cox and Dolores Cox (Roche); her husband Alex Ray; her daughter Christine Cook; her grandson Spc Michael Rodriguez (Iraq); her great grandchild Elijah English; and her siblings, Thelma Ray (Cox) and Raymond "Butch" Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Alex Ray Sorensen Jr., Lorie Southerland (Eric) and Michelle Sorensen. She is also survived by five grandsons, four granddaughters, and twenty-one great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
