We bid farewell to Neita Edgar of Hitchcock, Texas, born in Lamesa, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 22, 2024 at the age of 86. Neita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Williams and Beatrice Richardson Williams; her sisters, Kathleen Daughtery, Christine Graham and Claudine Brown; and her sons, Donald Kent Edgar and Andrew Kirk Edgar.
She is survived by: her husband Garth Edgar; her daughters, Janie Walker of Houston and Bartina Gonzales (Mark) of Santa Fe; her grandchildren, Jessie Edgar, Sally Walker, Mathew Walker, Patricia Gonzales, Becky Walker, Treva Edgar, Kendra Edgar, Rebecca Cox (Joshua) and Mark Anthony Gonzales (Amber Holcombe); her brothers, Robert Williams of Moore, OK, Roger Williams (Terry) of Clyde, TX, Gaylon Williams (Evelyn) of San Angelo and David Williams (Larue) of Weatherford, TX; her family Aldersgate; and her friends, Shelly, Sally and Moses. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
