He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Davila and Telesfora Davila (Rodriguez); his wife Soledad Davila (Ayala); his siblings, Petra Hernandez, Elena Castillo, Hermalinda Ayala, Jorge Davila, Justino Davila and Miguel Davila; and his son-in-law Thomas Giles.
He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Carpenter (Terry) of Santa Fe and Mary Lourdes Giles of Hitchcock; his grandchildren, Autumn Jimenez (Anthony), Erin Carpenter, John Giles and Emily Giles; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Jimenez, Kara Jimenez, Derrick Jimenez and Madilyn Worthey.
